The Mexican popular art of the colonial time, is the most representative form of the artistic and existential profile of the indigenous culture of those times. The concepts that are obtained through the mentality of the native of a concept that, not even knows nor is to him familiar, since is much of diferent of the world to which this customary one to represent, for the sake of obtaining a scholastic work, is in all the naivete and magnetism; a classic example are the lions, the physical characteristics and everything what it did not know, or of which tapeworm a different perspective.

That form of art is worthy to rescue and to admire. And that is the one that we fomented and it is a proud to us to be able to have in our collection.
